Since releasing VooDoo in 2000 D’Angelo has disappeared from the music scene except for dropping a few guest vocals on tracks here and there over the past decade. His cover of Soundgardens Black Hole Sun was leaked earlier this year and was confirmed by ?uestlove as being “a demo he did in the early 2000’s in his house for no particular album what so ever.”
